George Encizo was born in New York and has lived in Florida since 1972. He is married to his wife of decades and has two children. A retired banker, he took up watercolor painting after he retired and became an accomplished watercolorist. He then turned to writing memoirs about his life and his family and decided to write his first mystery novel. He chose the self-publishing route and is currently working on three new projects with a new release coming in 2016. When not writing, he enjoys relaxing with a cup of tea on his porch viewing the garden he and his wife sweat and toiled over.
