Eleanor O'Rourke was raised in Liverpool but ran away to Greece (before Shirley Valentine). When she could no longer cope with the wine, she returned to London and started a career in rock and roll, working as a tour manager for heavy metal bands. When she could no longer cope with the egos she studied jungian psychology, spirituality and archetypes, and discovered that we all (not just rock stars) have infinite amounts of creativity inside, just waiting to be discovered. She's now a creativity coach and the author of three books 40 Days 40 Nights - One Woman's Quest To Reclaim Her Creative Mojo; Breakdown - A Rebel's Take On Depression and The Freedom Project - How To Find Contentment In A Crazy World.
