Beth Gibbs

Beth writes mainstream fiction and personal growth nonfiction. She is an author, speaker, yoga teacher and self-awareness trainer who uses her energy and sense of humor to inspire, inform, and entertain. In 1999 she founded and continues to support The Wake Up and Relax! Yoga program for Hartford’s Camp Courant, Inc. that serves children ages 5 – 13. She is an award-winning author and has published a short story cycle titled: Soul Food, Life-affirming Stories Served with Side dishes and Just Desserts, a personal growth book for adults titled, Enlighten Up!
